Automated Compressive Load Frame - OFITE
The OFITE Compressive Load Frame accurately determines the load being applied to a sample, including compressive strength of well cements by applying a force to a sample at a constant rate until the sample fails or applying a constant, fixed load for proppant crush testing. Results obtained from most crush tests are typically inconsistent and widely varied because manually operated equipment is susceptible to operator error. The OFITE Compressive Load Frame incorporates an electronically actuated proportional control valve that automatically maintains the desired load or loading rate. Operator inconsistencies are eliminated and the results are more consistent and reproducible.
The newly-redesigned OFITE Compressive Load Frame offers a smaller footprint and an enhanced design that makes it even easier to operate while providing improved reliability and consistent results.
